No yoga classes for the moment

My daughter Amy was born in July so I won't be teaching for the time being. We're starting to spend a bit of time with the yoga mat - lovely!  Good luck with your yoga and I'll post details when I resume teaching.

Bear necessities

So I am something of a sucker for charismatic megafauna (a new favourite term: large endearing animals that encourage humans to want to save the planet (who knew?)).  I'm not sure about the environment of this Finnish bear but he certainly seems to know how to relax into it.  Balancing bear pose (Merudandasana) in practice...
